c.   TERM.  The License is effective from the date of purchase of the License and shall remain in force until terminated.  The user may terminate this license at any time by destroying the Software and its associated documentation, together with all copies in any form, and by contacting 1st Class Software concerning this decision.  No refunds will be administered after the standard thirty day plus one day grace period from date of purchase.

 

d.    WARRANTY. 1st Class Software guarantees your satisfaction with 1st Class GradeBook for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not happy with 1st Class GradeBook within 30 days from the date of purchase you can obtain a refund for the software by sending 1st Class Software the following: 1) Installation Disks & Manual. 2) Mail a letter explaining your dissatisfaction to 1st Class Software PO Box 209 Georgetown, Ontario L7G 4T1. We require the letter of explanation so we can make our product better for our other customers. (Unfortunately we cannot refund the Shipping and Handling charge).
