*Click in the column for CLASS NAME. Enter class name (e.g. BIO 9GA)
Tab and enter CLASS DESCRIPTION (e.g. Biology Grade
9G Advanced)
Tab and enter DAY
· Tab and enter PERIOD
Letter Grades
Enter letter grade and enter range (e.g. Letter grade
A+, Range >=95)
Or click in the box for letter grade and click on the
arrow and drop down menu of canned letter grades will appear. Choose the letter you wish. (These canned letter grades come with
predefined ranges and can be modified.

Activity Type
Weighting
*Click in the column, ACTIVITY TYPE. Enter activity type (e.g. Homework, Test,
Labs) or choose the arrow and select a canned activity type. (These canned Activity Types can be modified. Please see Activity Type Setup on page 748)
*Tab and enter WEIGHT (or click on arrow and choose a
weight). If you are using points, or do
not want this activity to be averaged into the students grade, or if you want
it to count as an extra credit, click on the arrow and choose the appropriate
description
*Tab and change DROP LOWEST SCORE if needed
Repeat for all classes and activities as needed. Click OK when done
