This report gives general statistics
based on activities in any given class.
The Activity Summary Report is good for a brief overview of all combined
students activities.
Attendance Report
This report allows the teacher to
print out individual attendance records on students detailing their status, the
date and allows for comments. The
Attendance report is ideal for teachers who wish to give reports to students
and parents regarding their attendance record, as it devotes one report per
student. One of the features in this
report is that it informs the teacher and parent alike of the status for each
record along with the total for each status type. This report not only allows you to show attendance, but gives you
the option to display status types for activities missed or excused from.
Attendance Report (No Page Break)
This report has all the same
features as the previous report except this report allows for no page breaks,
which enables teachers to print selected students consecutively.
Attendance Summary Report
This report gives the teacher a
summary of how many times each status type appeared for a particular
student. This is ideal for teachers who
need a quick review of how many times a student was absent for an activity or
for a class.
