Elementary Attendance Report
This report allows the
teacher to print out individual student attendance records detailing their
subject, status, date and allows for comments.
The Attendance report is ideal for teachers who wish to give handouts to
students and parents regarding their attendance record, as it devotes one
report per student. One of the features
in this report is that it informs the teacher and parent alike the status for
each record along with the total for each status type. This report not only allows you to show
attendance, but gives you the option to display status types for activities
missed or excused from. This Report
differs from the Attendance report by renaming activities as subjects.
Elementary Detailed Report Card – No Activity Category Average
The Elementary Detailed Report Card
- No Activity Category Average is a report that allows teachers to print a
basic elementary summary that gives a list of all assignments and a final
mark. This report is suitable for
teachers and parents who do not need an average for each Activity Type. In addition there is an allotted section in
which both parent and teacher can write personal comments. A Parental Signature line is provided for
teachers that require parents to review their child’s progress.
Elementary Detailed Report Card – No Page Break
This report is best used when a
detailed record for all students is desired but individual reports are not
needed. The Elementary Detailed Report
Card – No Page Breaks, breaks down each subject and activity type giving the
teacher a final mark for each.
Students’ reports are printed consecutively, saving paper, space and
time if so desired.
Elementary Letter Grade Detailed Report Card
The Elementary Letter Grade Detailed
Report Card is the identical to the Elementary Detailed Report Card except that
it excludes the students’ number grade.
Elementary Letter Grade Report Card
The Elementary Letter Grade Report
Card is a very straightforward account listing only students’ activity types
and final letter averages. Particulars such as activities are excluded from
this report.
Elementary Detailed Report Card
This report card is the most
commonly used elementary report. It
allows teachers to provide parents and students with a detailed, up to date
record of all marked activities. The
Elementary Detailed Report Card displays both the students’ letter grade and
number grade for each activity type, activity and for the entire subject. This
report is the most beneficial for teachers and parents who need a comprehensive
evaluation and a breakdown of each mark.
Elementary Missed Activity Report
In the Elementary
Missed Activity Report teacher’s can look at each student separately to find
out which activities were missed. This
report also calculates the number of each Status types which allows the teacher
to review the students missed activities.
It is beneficial for those teachers who want to give students a second
chance on a missed activity this allows the teacher to get a complete
picture. Selected status Types can also
be excluded from this report for example if teacher did not want the report to
show that a student missed an assignment because of an assembly the teacher
could choose the “Don’t Print Status” option.
