Elementary Report Card
The Elementary Report Card is very
similar to the Elementary Letter Grade Report Card. The difference between the two reports is that this report has
numerical grades together with letter grades.
It is still a very simple report with minimal information this includes
subject, numerical and letter grade and a comments section for both teacher and
parent.
Elementary Standard Student Report
With this report teachers can view
student’s individual grades in an arrangement of columns. The Elementary Standard Student Report is
different from any other elementary report in that it displays the weight of the
activity type and the weighted mark the student earned. Teacher, student and parent receive a brief
summary based on activity types from this report.
Elementary Summary Report Card
The Elementary Summary
Report Card is a very straightforward account listing only students’ activity
types and final letter and number averages. Particulars such as activities are
excluded from this report. This report
is similar to the Elementary Letter Grade Report but this report includes
number averages.
Letter Grade Distribution Report
To obtain an indication
of the standing of the entire class in each selected activity, the Letter Grade
Distribution Report will prove to be most effective. This report lists the frequency of the letter grade for each
activity selected organizing by activity type.
This report will help students see where they rank in comparison to the
majority of the class on specific activities.
Missed Activity (no page break)
This report is similar
to the Missed Activity report with the exception that in this report you are
able to view student consecutively.
Missed Activity Report
In the Missed Activity Report
teacher’s can look at each student separately to find out which activities were
missed. This report also calculates the
number of each Status types which allows the teacher to review the students
missed activities. It is beneficial for
those teachers who want to give students a second chance on a missed activity
this allows the teacher to get a complete picture of student’s status. Selected status types can also be excluded
from this report for example if teacher did not want the report to show that a
student missed an assignment because of an assembly the teacher could choose
the “Don’t Print Status” option. In
addition, a new feature tab option named “Hide Unmarked” was added to our
software to give the teacher the option of including or excluding activities
that have not yet been marked. Click on the “Hide Unmarked” tab and then answer
yes or no.
Spreadsheet Grade Report
The most used report is the
Spreadsheet Grade Report. It provides
teachers with all information on grades of student’s and activities selected in
an easy to read spreadsheet format.
This is designed so teachers can make a quick comparison of activity
marks, activity type averages and final averages, among students. When teachers
need to post marks and final marks for all or selected students, this is the
best report to choose.
