This print out enables teachers to have a quick look at student’s progress through comments added throughout the year.  Student’s ids and homeroom are also printed on this report.  When a student(s) move to another class or advance to a new grade, teachers can pass this information on allowing the new teacher to obtain a brief history on the student.

Student Standard Report

The marks in this report are based on the activity type. This report is ideal for those who are inclined to reading charts in a horizontal format.  It also lists students consecutively.

Student Standard Report by Rank

The Student Standard Report by Rank differs from the Student Standard Report in that it is not in alphabetical order, but is arranged according to rank.

Student Summary Report

This report is a very simple report with minimal information.  It is ideal for teachers who only need their student’s final averages.  The student summary report also features rank and comments along with vital statistics based on the entire class.

3.   Report Option Tabs

Most of 1st Class GradeBook reports have tabs at the top of the screen in which you can click on to proceed with the “filter” process.  Below is a description of each tab and how you can incorporate these features into your reports.

Don’t Print Status: When printing missed activity reports this option allows you to type in whatever status you do not want to appear on the report e.g. excused. When typing in the status you don’t want to appear make sure you copy the status exactly keeping in mind that this is case sensitive.
