5. Report
Definition
A “Report Definition” feature was added
to version 7.2c. This feature is for those
who wish to modify or customize reports.
Please note that you must have a
detailed understanding of Crystal Reports 2 or you must have access to a
computer technician who will assist you in your modification. Simply, go to the ‘reports’ page to the top
left hand side where a list of reports are shown. Press the ‘shift’ button on
your keyboard and then double click on the report you wish to modify. You will see a message stating where the
selected report is located and then can access the report and edit it in
Crystal Reports.
