1^st Class GradeBook Satisfaction

1^st Class Software guarantees your satisfaction with 1^st Class GradeBook for 30 days from the date of purchase.  If you are not happy with 1^st Class GradeBook within 30 days from the date of purchase you can obtain a refund for the software by sending 1^st Class Software the following: 1) Installation Disks.  2) Mail a letter explaining your dissatisfaction to 1^st Class Software, Po Box 209, Georgetown, Ontario, L7G 4T1.  We require the letter of explanation so we can make our product better for other customers. (Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping and handling charge).

1^st Class GradeBook Disks

1^st Class Software warrants that the original diskettes are free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use, for a period of 90 days for the original date of purchase.  If a defect occurs during this time, you may return the defective disk to 1^st Class Software.  1^st Class Software will replace it at no extra charge.  After 90 days, you can obtain a replacement for a defective disk by sending it and a check for the disks and manual (see http://www.1st-class-software.com/price.htm for cost to cover postage and handling) to 1^st Class Software.
